Filing a Formal Complaint
For patients wishing to file a formal complaint, we have a dedicated process to ensure your concerns are addressed promptly and thoroughly.
To submit a written complaint:
- Email the Managing Director at aga@medtravelconnect.com.
- Submit your complaint no later than three months after the incident occurred.
Note: If your concern is raised more than three months after the issue was first identified, we may be unable to provide full assistance with your complaint.
